My career has allowed me to build comprehensive expertise spanning user support, systems administration, automation, endpoint management, Microsoft technologies, modern management, security, patching, VDI environments, and large-scale project delivery.
Today, as a SaaS & EUC Manager, I drive transformations aimed at modernising, securing and standardising the digital work environment. My approach balances strategic vision, technical mastery and a concrete understanding of operational realities on the ground.
